2013 Honda Civic at Royal Honda in Metairie

The 2013 Civic is here at Royal Honda.  And what an improvement!

First things first.  Standard i-MID means everything is in your line of sight.

Rear view camera?  Got it.  Pandora streaming Radio with music info?  Check.  Personal Photos for wallpaper?  Why not!  Don't forget about Bluetooth hands free calling.  Of Course!  All standard on the LX Civic.

Honda has gone all out on this one.  On the new Civic, Victor Shaffer commented, "My favorite part is the new interior materials.  Everything is so high end now.  You really don't expect this level of refinement in a car in this class.  I think people are going to be really surprised."

Mileage on the 13 Civic is an amazing 28 in the City and 39 on the Highway!  That's Honda efficiency for you and your fuel budget working!

Also, with Honda, safety comes standard.  Or as Honda calls it: Safety for Everyone.  Tire pressure sensors.  Next generation airbags with Honda's smart vent system.  Electronic Brake Distribution.  All are standard.

2013 Honda Accord at Royal Honda in Metairie

Royal Honda of Metairie is pleased to announce the arrival of the greatly anticipated 2013 Honda Accord.  It looks great and has some of the most advanced technology in the North American Hemisphere.

Scott Usher, sales at Royal Honda, says,  "They really raised the bar again.  It's really more bang for the buck.  The car has more tech and safety for a very moderate difference in price from the previous Accord.  My favorite is the Blind Spot Camera!"

You can view a Brochure explaining the Details of each Trim Level Here.  What really struck many is the long list of standard equipment on the entry level Accord LX.  This includes Backup Camera, Bluetooth, Pandora Streaming Audio, and 16 inch Alloy Wheels (that's right, no more hubcaps for the Accord!).

Many Accords include the following new technology:

Forward Collision Warning

A small camera mounted at the top of the front windshield or, in the case of the Touring model, a radar system mounted in the front grille can detect the presence of vehicles in front of you. When the FCW system calculates that you are at risk of a collision, it immediately activates visual and/or audible alerts.

Lane Departure Warning

A small camera mounted at the top of the front windshield tracks lane markings on the road, and it can detect when the driver is making an un-indicated lane departure. Visual alerts will light up on the driver’s instrument panel and the system also can provide an audible warning.

How does Bluetooth work on the New Royal Honda CRV?

The New CRV has the latest in Honda's Bluetooth technology.  This is much easier then previous systems and vastly superior to competitor's models.  Don't believe me?  Watch this video for yourself.  Also be aware the New Pilot and Civic have the same system.  Towards the end of the video, our camera goes a little out of focus so forgive the fact that the backup camera on the car does not display true capabilities.
